Fluid Capital Solutions is a boutique full-service advisory firm founded and led by a South Florida-based entrepreneur, corporate finance advisor, and business strategist with over 20 years of hands-on experience across financial services, real estate, biotechnology, media technology, and consumer products.
As a boutique firm, Fluid Capital Solutions works with a select number of clients at any given time. Every engagement is led personally by the firm's principal, ensuring that clients receive consistent, senior-level counsel, not delegated to junior staff or handled through a standardized process. Our clients range from early-stage founders preparing for their first capital raise to established entrepreneurs navigating complex strategic and transactional decisions.

Why Us?
Our founder, Raphael Dominguez, brings over 20 years of experience as a principal in founding, financing, and operating companies. He acquired, owned, and operated a FINRA-registered broker/dealer and has led the formation and management of over twenty real estate partnerships, in addition to structuring complex commercial agreements, licensing transactions, and national retail distribution. Raphael has been a licensed real estate professional since 2004 and previously held FINRA Series 22 and Series 39 securities licenses.
